Because all our products are digital, we usually cannot issue a refund. But we are responsible for making sure that you get what you expect to get.
If you have a solid reason for a refund, write us at hello@assetunion.co and specify the reason. We will review the request and get back to you with the decision.
If the refund request is approved, a full refund will be processed through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy.
In certain cases, if a similar product can resolve the issue, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost.
